We have added a number of improvements and new features to help clients, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and professional contacts use the website more effectively.

• Properties can now be sorted by price, from low to high or high to low.
• Sold properties can be hidden when browsing, while still being shown by default for clients who find that information useful.
• The website has a refreshed look and feel, with a simplified brand style, solid block colours, and a refined colour palette.
• Property images can now be viewed at their uploaded full size, without cropping.
• New property categories have been added, including Holiday Complexes and Property Auctions.
• Client testimonials have been added, so visitors can read feedback from the people we work with.
• The contact form now includes preferred contact method options.
• We have introduced a property PDF email system, allowing us to share property PDFs without attaching them directly to emails.
• This new news section will allow us to share occasional updates from Ware Commercial.
• Search engine improvements have been made to help our properties gain as much visibility as possible.
• The site has been optimised so AI agents can better understand our content and make informed recommendations.
• A range of accessibility improvements have been added so the website can be understood and used more effectively by everyone.

The new website was designed and built by Stormy Studios, who also created our previous bespoke website. Stormy Studios were previously based in Devon and are now based in Cornwall, where they continue to produce excellent work.
