We have recently purchased a Victorian Villa through Ware Commericial which is now under going an exciting major refurbishment. Jasper, Alex and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We actually originally looked at a few commerical properties with them, with a view to run a partial B and B. Guidance was provided throughout as to how this would work, and they presented potential alternative options so that we could make an informed decision. In the end, we purchased a B and B that had planning permission to change to residential, and that is what we are doing. Not only were the team very accommodating with the various requests during the conveyancing period, but it was also refreshing to look at properties with an estate agent that actually knows their properties well, rather than just opening the front door.
